We would like to thank AJ from Raining Bombs for supporting our open for Ground N’ Pound day. We had a fantastic turn out and had a great day showing people new to MMA what the sport is all about.
We covered loads of grappling, some ground and pound, stand up skills and drills, great day was had by all.
