Over the weekend, Fightcross MMA held a Hsou Jing Do grading.
Gradings are held in order to test the students skills, physically and mentally. The grading involves are variety of tests, which the students of Hsou Jing Do must pass or even aim to excel even beyond.
All students demonstrated exceptional skills through their drills, patterns and free sparring.
Results come out on Wednesday – Congratulations to all of the Hsou Jing Do students.
