Fightcross MMA North Lakes has martial arts classes for teenagers and adults. The coaching staff includes a permanent roster of qualified coaches and instructors. In addition, the gym regularly hosts guest seminars for UFC fighters, boxers, kickboxing champions and international MMA fighters.

Mon to Thurs: 8.30am till 8pm.
Friday: 8:30am till 7pm.
Saturday: 8am till 12pm.
