A year and a half ago, I decided to start at Fightcross in order to push me outside my comfort zone in a way that is very different to my corporate job. The journey I've embarked on with the people here has been one of the most rewarding experiences I've had, the possibilities feel boundless. As a female, the initial idea of joining a MMA gym was a bit daunting, however the Fightcross team has been nothing but a supportive and patient bunch, wanting to help you improve in a very inclusive environment.

Jiu Jitsu Training

Fightcross MMA Albion has martial arts classes for everyone including children, teenagers and adults. The coaching team includes a permanent roster of qualified coaches and instructors. In addition, the gym regularly hosts seminars for UFC fighters, boxers, kickboxing champions and international MMA fighters.

The all day timetable allows you to fit a training session into your daily schedule, which includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, kickboxing and boxing classes. Qualified personal trainers run high intensity, functional movement strength and fitness classes and boot camps which are designed to help you become fitter and stronger.

The friendly team at Fightcross MMA Albion also includes a competitive fight team which competes in MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing and BJJ competitions throughout Australia.

Please see our timetable for class times.
The gym is open for your own training:
Mon to Thurs: 5.30am till 8.30pm.
Friday: 5:30am till 7pm.
Saturday: 6am till 12pm.
Sunday: 8am till 12pm.

Public Holidays: Closed.
